hi guys !

I am very very happy to share the good news here in the forum. I just received "THE MAIL" from uscis stating that my I140 is approved.

MY 140/485 RD 12/17/2004
EAD AND AP APPROVED IN MAR 2005.

I know its going to take time for 485. but i am atleast relieved to the point that i can use the AC21 if and when needed.

Thank you all for all the support. This forum is great. this forum gives a great moral boost up.

I hope all those waiting for approvals will get it soon.
The texas chief seems to be doing his magic here in nebraska.

forgot to mention i am a EB3 from a retrogressed country my pd is mar2002

Congratulations JackMike.

The priority date for retrogression is Jun2002. So you should be safe.
