Hi! I have married a US citizen and got my I-130 approved. I used to be represented by an attorney, but I didn't use his service for filing the peperwork. It was approved. Before getting married I was in removal proceedings, so now in order to file my work authorization etc. I have to lift my case from the court. My husband and I again filed a letter to ICE office to ask for termination based on boba fide marriage and my I-130 approval. When I called an attorney on duty she refused giving me any information saying that as I am still represented by the attorney she has no right to talk to me. What should I do? Thank you
