Hello,
My husband has his TN status and will be moving to California from Canada next week. I will be applying for the TN status so I can join him in the next few months. We were discussing options for what I would be able to do while living in California.
I am currently in school and working full time. Once I move to Cali, I will have to give up my job but I will not be finished my schooling. With my school being completely done online I am able to complete it while out of country as far as the institution is concerned.
In terms of a TD status, is my schooling going to be a problem compliance wise?
