Hi, I was denied TN earlier under MC category 2 months back. Now my wife has got her TN this week, different TN category.
We are planning to apply for my TD and our child's TD under my wife's TN. I am aware I will not be able to work under TD, so I will not be working in US. We are Canadian citizens.
Can my TD be denied based on my previous TN denial? Any suggestions on how I navigate this? What type of questions I may be asked, etc. What do I say?
