TD marriage certificate translation

Hi,

My wife is Korean and she will apply for a TD visa very soon. Since we got married in Korea, the marriage certificate is in Korean. Does she need a certified translation for the certificate or can we just do it ourselves? We found an English template online that looks exactly like the Korean version, except the words are in English. I doubt a "certified" translation would be any different, but I don't know how strict the border is on that matter.
 
You need a certified translation. if she is not also Cdn, its not only the border you need to satisfy, but also the consulate.
 
Ok, thank you. Sorry for my ignorance, but what should I look for when looking for a "Certified" translator? Is there some accreditation they need to have?
