Talked to NSC today

Gurus, I have called up NSC and she said they have 18,000 applications became current since this month June. I had asked her about my application and she said that my case is assigned to an officer and you should hear in 60 - 90 days. I had asked her if everything looks ok with my application and she said yes but can not guarantee because the io officer has to review. I don't know what she means about 'can not guarantee ' ?? I am really worried. something to concern or worry? Anyone with the same exp. please share?

Nothing to worry about unless you have violated anything...I think Cust Rep does not have access to comments or details of officers work....
 
I guess you will gc approved within week. unless everything is clear, your case won't be with IO. so sit tight and wait ...

Im really confused, im a silent reader here and analyzed the sequence of approval as well as the PD's info of each country. Correct me if Im wrong, India just current all EB3 for PD's of 2002 in April 2007 and PD's of 2003 in May 2007 and the rest is this month of June 2007.

How come the PD here's as seen in this forums has this info -

hopeofgc -> EB3 PD: 04/2003 I-485 RD: June 2004

nnb100 -> EB3: PD 11/2002 RD 7/2003 AD: 6/07

and many others like this sequence.

I'm confused with your analysis.
Let's open June 2007 Visa Bulletin: India EB3 - June 1 2003.
Both applicants hopeofgc and nnb100 have PD before June 2003.
So, what's your question?
 
I'm confused of the RDs, mine is May 2007 and how come their I-485 RD are June 2004 and July 2003 respectively. Since you said the June 2007 Visa bulletin of EB3 India JUNE, 1, 2003 and May 2007, EB3 Philippines Aug 1, 2003.

I can't for the life of me understand your problem/question -sorry.
Why can't their RD be in 2003/2004 ? These cases are pending for many years (which is quite common, btw) - you'll know about the delay in 2010 ;) ;)

We applied for I-485 when EB dates were current for India in year 2003/2004 and there was no retrogression then. However, the retrogression started for EB3 in Jan 2005 with PD cut off dates of Jan 2002 and the cut off dates further retrogressed in Oct 2005 visa bulletin.
