Guys I talked to IIO just now 4.10EST waiting 10Mins ...

IIO : Good Evening This is Cathy can I help you
ME : Good Evening I want to know the status of my case which is
      EAC 01 227
IIO : Could you please verify your mailing address
ME : Verified
IIO : Thanks. Actually your case is not assigned to any officer and
      also since my ND is July she said it will take couple of months
      to assign my file to the officer.
ME : But my RD is 05/07.
IIO : Right now they are processing April Notice Dates yours will
      take some time.
ME : Really.
IIO : Can I help you in any other issues.
ME : No, Thanks

Now guys tell me whether is it RD or ND> I know we have discussed on this a lot but still when I heard this from IIO now i am totally jeopardised.
 
same anwser from IIO as i got

do not worry.. even i got the same ans.. today when i called the IIO for me was a HE. he said that my rd 04/27 and my ND 07/12 and said that it would take up to 3 month to have a result for my case. even he said my case is not assigned to any officer yet.

waiting continue...do not worry you are not alone.

I got exactly the same answer. In my case the IIO was she. She told me they are processing based on ND.

I spoke to another IIO(she) last week, and she told me they process applications based on RD.

Which one of these two are right? In any case, waiting continues ...
 
How come we see June RD cases? What is your EB type?

What is your EB type? I saw some approvals on this board June RD with EB2.
Hope the answer lies there
 
What kind of cases are you talking about? Sorry, I am confused.

Are you guys discussing I-485 including EAD, AP,FP, and other related applications? Or you guys already have EAD, etc., and only talk about I-485 approval.

My entire package for I-485 was filed on Aug. 21, still no RD yet.
 
Its about I-485. Some guys already have their EAD, AP and FP done

and are awaiting their turn for approval.
Its surprising that u have not received ur RD as yet. Contact ur lawyer.
