Should we agree on one format ? I am proposing excel format, where we include as much information as possible, like category, 140 approval, FBI name check status. This way user can download file,input their information and upload the file, or i can volunteer in the beginning to update this file every week, if you can provide me all the information in this format.
Please look at the attached excel file, also if you feel to add more fields, suggestions are welcome. This format maybe more read-able.
