Hi all,
I was previously on F-1 OPT and my OPT expired in July, so I'm currently staying in the US through the grace period. I got married in April and filed for green card application as well as EAD card. I haven't received my EAD card yet. However, my marriage isn't working and I'm thinking about going back to school. My question is, can I still switch back to F-1 despite filing for green card? I read on-line that I maintain my F-1 status until my greencard EAD comes through. Can someone confirm this for me please?
