Hi, In my passport My given Name is Abhishek Chauhan with no Surname. I have a valid B1/B2 visa on same passport with Surname as chauhan and Given name as Abhishek. I have trvelled twice to USA on this one. Now My I-20 States that Surname IS CHauhan. Now tht i have to fll the visa application online the VFS website states that i should write the name in application as it is in the passport. So my question is that should i write Abhishek chauhan In the given name column or should i write CHauhan in Surname coulmn..The other B1 visa shows surname as chauhan...kindly help iam really confused
