Supporting documents needed for Visitor Visa

I am applying renewal of Visitor Visa for my Senior citizen parents (Father -70 years, Mother -65 years). They are India Citizens. Please suggest the required documents for the visa renewal.
The USA gov web site says
Valid Passport
Application Fee receipt
Photo
DS-160
Appointment confirmation
The Addition document for

• The purpose of your trip,
• Your intent to depart the United States after your trip, and/or
• Your ability to pay all costs of the trip.

I am planning to submit my USA bank statements, recent Income tax return to show that I can support my parents.
Property papers for property in India (In my father's names)
His Bank statement to show that he can support himself.

Please suggest if any other documents are needed.
