I recently realised that the PD on my 140 appoval is set to the date I applied for my 140 i.e 02/07/2005 instead of the labor substitute PD is 07/2001. It took almost a year to get my 140 approved around 01/2006.
Can the PD get corrected? If so how long does it take? Any experience regarding this?
My lawyer should have informed me about this right away. I never figured this until I received a response to my 1-485 QUERY that my case is not current and browsing the newsgroups that 140 APPROVAL has the case PD
