Hello, we paid for Affidavit and ds260 on line on NVC website. The Affidavit fee was cleared right away and the DS 260 fee is still shown as in process since 12/12/19. Is it normal? It let us file affidavit but still doesn’t let us fill in DS 260. Is it ok tfat the Affidavit was filed first? I tried contacting NVC but no success their phones are never answered as well as the on line inquiries. What steps should we take next?
