I have a niece who came to the US from Hong Kong on a Student Visa.. She now is finishing school now but she does not want to return to Hong Kong.. She been in the US for 5yrs now since she was 17..She wish to stay in the US and hopefully get a job as a nurse as her study in school... She does not at to go back to Hong Kong cause she has only her Dad her Mom passed away with breast cancer about 8yrs ago... She wish to stay with her grandmother and Aunt and Uncles.. Is there a way she can stay? I am not familiar in this matter.. Any assistance would help...
