Stay in India for sometime after US Citizenship

I have following question:

1. Do you foresee any problems (from immigration perspective) with staying in India for sometime after US Citizenship (on OCI)?

It's not a problem from a US immigration perspective to stay as long as you want in India after you're a US citizen.

But if you're already taking steps to relocate and you're not a citizen yet, that could result (in some cases) in denial of your citizenship.

how to maintain us citizenship while living in india

my daughter born in USA in 23rd nov,2010. then we came back to india in aug 2011.me and my husband are indian citizen though my daughter was a u.s citizen.Now my question is that hhow to maintain her us citizenship while living in india?

No requirements to maintain it. She just needs a passport to travel, but I guess you got her that before you left the US?
