I have recently gone through my k1 visa interview in Dublin and was asked to submit additional documents and my passport (which I did) I waited 2 weeks and received an email today stating that a document has been released to the courier for delivery. My CEAC status shows issued. Does this mean just my passport was issued back to me and my visa may be denied still or issued means the visa is approved?
