My status has changed today:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On July 21, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
 
Guys,on form I-693 (Medical) #1 it says First name and then says Middle name.What about Last name?? How do we put it in the form
First name Last name and then middle name??
And How many copies are this form and G-325A biographic form?

I forgot to mention that my status is updated too.
Karina,it says the same as yours,Is this RFI not REF what is the difference?
Are we still gone get REF?
