we received courtesy notices today in the mail (Jul 22 approval, WAC-02-223) stating the "local INS office" we should go to is Sansome St, SF between 8 and 2 on weekdays. I have seen a few posts here suggesting cards arrive faster via SJ stamping.
Q: Can I go to SJ instead of SF as stated in the courtesy copy.
