Stamping in Mexico (Nogales)

hi All,
I am planning to go for Visa stamping. But all the places have around a month and a half wait time.
Earliest date I found was at nogales, Mexico.
I dont know anyone who got the visa stamped from there.
if anyone has the information regarding the visa stamping in Nogales, please reply ASAP.
