Stamping in CSC instead of NSC.

Hello,

  I am also in the same situation, I received mail from my Lawyer which says the stamping can be done at local INS center. I think there will be only one disadvantage. If you get your Passport stamped at NSC, you will get your actual Green card early. I dont know how long it takes if you get stamped at local INS.

PD: AUG 1999
RD:SEP 27 2000
ND: OCT 26 2000
FP: MAR 19 2001
Waiting for approval.

please share any further information.
