I will go to Boston INS office for passport stamped.
Do you have any exp. for that.
1. Do I need to make appoint.?
2. What kind of questions do they ask?
3. Can I bring my notice copy (Original is on my attorney\'s office)
Thanks

Boston Stamping is very easy. Go to the INS office at anytime before 2pm
You need not to have any appointment.
Only thing is if you go early you will be in the q first.
If you go around 6.30 Am you will be done by 8.30AM.
Once You stand in the Q, They start issuing token at 7AM.
At that TOKEN issue section they ask you what you want.
Just show the approval notice and say stamping.
Your number is called as per the order. They stamp it in your passport.
You have to take 2 passport size photgraphs, Approval Notice, YOUR VALID passport.
That\' s all nothing you need
They ACCEPT Courstey copy, You need not wait/take for original

HongQiu,
The following is a post I saw earlier on this board. It sounds pretty straightforward. We\'ll go there next Monday.

           Single Guy - 01:34pm Sep 7, 2000 EST
            in Boston
Recap (posted before with more details):
            VSC/Boston/EB2/NIW/India
            PD: 08/98
            RD/ND: 07/99
            FP: 05/00
            Approval: 08/28/00
            PP Satmped: 09/06/00
Reached JFK Bldg. around 8am (I hate Boston traffic
...its a nightmare :( ). Parked at the Government
Center Garage (off Sudbury St). Went towards the
room E160...as advised by other people, got the FP
done first at the reception/forms/info desk. Went
inside the E160 through the exit door and got the
photos done (2 minutes and 10 bucks). Went and stood
in the line at the E160 entrance. There were about
7-10 people ahead of me....my turn came in about
15 minutes. Told the Immigration Officer at the front
counter that I needed to get PP stamped...expected
to get some number to wait for the main counters...
instead he asked for all the things (FP, Photos,
Passport/I-94, and anything else that \'belongs to INS\'
I only had EAD but didn\'t have AP...he said its
good enough :) ). Then he put this rubber-stamp
thingy on the passport and said I should get the
card within 6 months....that\'s it! I was out by
about 8:30 and just missed the half-hour rate at
the parking garage by about 3min...damn....($6 for
            1/2 hour, $11 for 1 hour).
Good luck to y\'all and I will monitor this thread
for a few days in case you have questions....
            Regards,
            Single guy in Boston

Hong Qiu:

Please check the post I had written in May when I got my PP stamped in Boston. I recommed you take your car to Alewife, take the red line to Park, then the Green line to Gov\'t Center. JFK Federal Bldg is directly opposite the T station. No headaches!

Please paste the following URL and check it out.
