Hello All,
Have an issue with my wifes I-94 issued at port of entry. By Mistake the I-94 (portion below to be retained by my spouse and attached to passport) has my name on it. I presume this was a mistake. Neither myself, nor my wife nor the immigration officer took notice of this at port of entry.
I am currently on an H1B visa and my wife on H4 visa.
Has anybody come across a situation similar to this. Any ramifications because of this ??.. What would be the best course of action ??
