Sponsoring Parents

My GC got approved recently, I have couple of questions..
1) Can I sponsor GC for my parents ?? ( If possible, please post the procedure)
2) Can I sponsor GC for my siblings(Age 21+) too?? ( If possible, please post the procedure)

No, you have to be a USC before you can sponsor either parents or siblings.
