Called the 802 number of VSC today, but it seems that this 802 number was out of service, and I was asked to call the national service number.
Finally talked with the IIO about my pending EAD which has ND on 03/31/2003 (currently BCIS is processing EAD with receipt notice date 04/08/2003). And she said that she will write a referal to VSC and I should expect responses of my EAD case in 60 days.
