Spoke to IIO today

I spoke to the IIO reagrding my 485 application (RD 7/30/2001). I was told that VSC is currently processing cases with RD 5/15/2001 and so it will take about two months before my case can get processed.
Any thoughts on this ?
 
There are lot of cases with May 01st

They have not processed. When Early May guys call they say they are processing April 15th cases... Sucks.

Looks like most of the cases from first week of every month are getting stuck.
 
Called IIO

May 9 RD, 7/20 ND

at 2:30 today, a lady informed me that they are currently processing April cases. I think that is what they do, tell July filers they are processing May cases and tell May filers they are processing April cases. From what she told me, I don\'t think my case has been assigned to an officer yet. And she told me to wait another 4-8 weeks! I asked her why so many 6/7 filers got approved, she said they are just fortunate. I guess we are just a group of \'unfortunate\'.

How come! It doesn\'t make sense and it sucks.

And we hear that from Federal Agency. Yeah, right, as "fortunate"
as those two arab terrorists who got their visas approved.
