Spoke To IIO Today RD: 9/27 ND:10/01

Hi Folks:

I spoke to IIO Today: She told me that they are currently focused on 01 series and It would take 3 months to start processing 02 series. She told me there are certain steps before my case is assigned .

Don't know what those steps are. do you guys know?

Here are my details:

RD 9/27/01
ND 10/01/01
WAC 02-001-xxxxxx
Fingerprints received on 3/5/02
Case not assigned yet.

John King, it may not be true...

I found the following case from immihelp.
It has same ND as yours (Oct 1) and is approved on June21!!!
Hope you'll also get approval soon.

My I-485 is approved recently from CSC.

MY ND:- oct 1st 2001
FP:- 12th APRIL 2002
I-485 APPROVED on 21st june 2002
