The guys had almost filled all the docs. 130,45,131 and 765 etc and ready send the packet next day and they came back with a Q.
Just before the day-- the 485 spouse was served a small claims court notice(civil)
regarding an auto accident(damage to other party- car claim).
What happened was--Insurance settled both were 50/50,the 485 spouse incurred his 50 and the another party has to bear his 50 and they closed the file.
Instead now he sent a claim on 485 spouse claim and called to attend court.
I know this is just an auto-civil-property case and no need to mention in 485 and they as well can send the package.It may take a while in court.
But because these are young guys and had no exposure to these type of things--
were startled and wanted to be sure before sending 485 Part C,1 b)Have ever...Charged ..--
to mention it or not Q- from you experienced guys.
