I am not so good with immigration terms... but here it goes..
My lawyer filed for I-140 and I-485 on August 16, 2007, and their received date is October 12, 2007.
I received EAD on November 2, 2007.
On November 14, 2007 I received Advanced Parole.
On November 28, 2007 I went to do my biometrics.
I just checked USCIS site and as of June 15, 2008 they are process July 23, 2008 application....
I realized that it slowed down a lot in last few months... Maybe immigration employees are taking vacation?
It has been a long process... asking for sponsorship etc to my employer... I cannot wait to be able to change my job...
Do you think it is coming soon? I must be EB3 Category.
