Sisters son/daughter to take as dependent

I like to bring my sister\'s son/daughter whose age are 6 and 7 with me as a dependent in USA. Rightnow I am in H1 and my GC is in progress (applied 485). Could any one help me how to do that??

In general, your sister\'s children are not eligible for green cards as your children/dependents.
