SICK CHILD OF AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT

Hello, my neighbor has a sick child, very sick and needs care 24/7 how can they prevent being deported while they both parents provide physical and emotional care.
the child has heart problems and was born with a disability. I know there is a way and i would like to help them feel out forms but we dont know which are the forms

It's true that U.S. citizens can petition for their parents to receive green cards; but only after the U.S. citizen child turns 21. Staying in the U.S. without permission for all that time could be difficult.
