I have changed jobs after filing I485 and did not send AC21. I thought of sending AC21 by the end of the year thinking my case will take much longer than recent fast approvals / miracles.
Here are my case details:
I have always been working in Bay Area. My Company HQ in Texas but has offices in California. They Filed LC in San Francisco after approval, they have applied I140 from Texas Service Center. Filed I1485 in CSC.
I have left that company and currently with a Bay Area company. I have not filed AC21 Yet.
I140 AD : Dec 2000
I485 : WAC-03-063-XXXXXX
My RD: 12/17/2002
ND: 12/18/2002
1st FP : Jan 2003
2nd FP : 08/19/2004
LUD: Finger Prints Received on 08/27..
Initiated Inquiry (800 number) : 09/20
Faxed Inquiry : 09/28.
So do you think I should send AC21 letter now or wait, If I send it now will it create any unncecessary problems like RFE etc.,.
Please Advise, if I have to File AC21 can I do it on my own and also sample letter and required documents letter.
