My appointment is early in the morning on May 31 in Toronto. I reach there during the evening of May 30. But I have been told by people on this board that I will need to pay some fees at some bank branch before I goto the US consulate. Is this true? If so, would it be a good idea for me to go reach there early on May 30 so I can use the day to pay the fees? Just in case my flight gets delayed and I have no time to pay the fees before I goto the consulate and they might refuse to see me.
