Should i apply for H4 EAD

Hello Sir,

My husband H1 has approved for 3 years and he also received his green card last week. I am on H4 status and my 485 is pending and it was filed on August right before he received his green card. Now my questions are:

1. Is it advisable to file H4 EAD meanwhile, as my 485EAD will take more time to get approved? Will my H-4 EAD be cancelled as his green card has already approved?
2. What happen with his H1, can he maintain both status till i wont receive my i-485 EAD?

No, you cannot simultaneously be a permanent resident and hold a visa status. Once your husband‘s green card was issued, his H1B status fell away, which means you can no longer be H4 as that requires a valid H1B to be a derivative of.
