Shall I move my case from TSC to NSC?

Dear Friends,

My I-485 case is still pending since 2004 while my I-140(NIW) has been approved in 2005. Right now, I got a better job offer from Seattle. I am thinking about accepting it and moving to Seattle from Houston.

However, I am not sure about my pending I-485 case and my wife's derivative I-485 case.
Can we leave our I-485 cases in texas service center or we have to move our cases to Nebraska service center?
If both options are available, which way is better?

According to my conversation with USCIS custom service 8 months ago. They told me they would keep the case in TSC even you move.
