After applying for a PR Card in Canada (even on urgent basis) if one has to travel overseas in an emergency and feels that he will be unable to pick up the card in minimum processing time, is it possible to request CIC before leaving (in person) to send the PR card to a specified mailing address in Canada (just like they do in case of new immigrants these days)?
