screenshot??

I am new to this forum. I keep reading folks talking about screenshots.

In my case the PD is 06/2003 and RD is 08/2004, RIR, CA.

1) How do I request the screen shot and where do I do that? Can some one send me the URL?
2) Do you have to be in the 6th year of your H1B to be able to request a screenshot? If you are not in 6th year then what do you do to get the status of your case? can you pretend to be in 6th yr?

I was sended Screen shot reuest to DOL and just they send me Quick Replay as per following .
