Hi SC708,

I have been holding up congratulating your approval for two days because
I wanted to save the goodies for the last. :)

I think your approval is very special and deserved attention. You went
to San Jose office to request another notice after the first FP was
rejected by FBI. Had you not done this, your approval would not have been
possible when the examiner got to your case. Good for you for taking
such as an important step. This should give CSC folks a strong incentive
to take matters into their own hands to initiate whatever steps necessary
to push up their cases.

Also, thank you for a great job on writing up various FP related posts.

What I did is merely following Ciba\'s advice.
To my surprise, the San Jose INS office is so willing to help.
Once the FP rejection can be remedied in a short time, this mishap is just a ripple.
All the visitors of this discussion board should give the best honor to Ciba.

Hopefully the approval of sriram_aravas will arrive soon, he strove 3 times and finally conquered FP.

FP notice rcvd: Jan 23, only one day before the scheduled date.
1st FP: Jan 24, rejected by FBI due to poor quality,
                went to local INS and got another FP notice on Feb 1st.
2nd FP: Feb 01, FBI said "cleared and sent back to INS on the same day"
485 AD: Feb 21
Approval Notice rcvd: Feb 24
