I applied for I-485 EAD etc. in the end of October and as per the certified mail San Francisco Distric office received the package on Oct 31, 2002. Almost 4 weeks have been passed and I haven't received any Receipt Notice and they also haven't encashed the cheque.
Is it abnormal ? What should i do? Did they loose the application?
Should I refile I-485? How many weeks should I wait?
