This might seem a silly question,but
What happens if 140 approved/485 pending 180+ days(so as to use AC21)
But one takes up same/similar job in another country ?(assuming of course that one has the reqd work permit for that country).
Do you have to switch to CP ?
(in which case AC-21 is not applicable,and you hope that your employer does not inform USCIS that employee has left)
If you do not switch to CP,can you keep the 485 going ?
