Salary Mentioned on Labor

Folks,
Need ur Help.
Labor is approved for the salary much higher what I an getting now (The salary mentioned on the Labor is 30-35% high compare to present salary). Is it a matter of concern while waiting for I-485 approval ? If REF is issued for pay stub, it will show 30-35% less. If not then employer need to match the salary mentioned on Labor after I-485 approval.
Please advise.

I am working on EAD with the same employer who is processing my GC, as they pulled the H-1 when I got my EAD. Does it make a difference? EAD/H-1, if you are working with the sponsoring employer?
