RIR or PERM

After March 28 you can only do PERM. In case you are in the category of retrogressed EB3 countries you can benefit from filing RIR before that date. For all other people I suggest you go with PERM, at least that's what my lawyer told me.

Next time, try to post your question in a forum that is more applicable such as immigration visas. You probably get more replies there.
