How much time CIS takes to approve after receiving RFE response.
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

On October 4, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

less than a month. I received RFE June 21st and sent them June 23rd. I got approved July 10th.

what type of evidence do they usually of the request ?

It was sergeon's mistake he did not check the appropriate box, I took I-693 to him he did it right away and I mailed ti CIS same day I received the RFE.

Decision making may also depend upon the nature of RFE that was requested. In my instance it was approximately 6 weeks from the day USCIS received till they made the final decision.
