How long it will take for me to get the actual RFE?

Do they send it to Lawyer or me?

12 days to my lawyer's office. i rather do it myself.

i was issued a RFE 1/27/04
and still waiting for it to get to my lawyers.

hope it will get there soon.
I am hardly sleeping.Need a couple of tequila shots to calm my nerves.

endless-journey - Where is your lawyer's office?

I saw my RFE online on 01/29/2004. I guess since TSC is based in Dallas, and both me and my lawyer are also based in Dallas, she received the RFE notice yesterday (02/04/2004).

I bet your lawyer'll get the notice soon. Don't worry buddy. It'll turn out alright.

Did you call TSC back in 12/02 to ask for your FP notice?

Hopeful0820 - Yes just like everyone at that time, I too called TSC about sending me a FP notice on 12/06/2002. I got the FP notice on hand on 12/14/2002. TSC sent me 2 more FP notices (Apr. & Jun. 2003)!
