Hi Guys,
We are awaiting approval of 485.Currently retrogressed.
we have EAD/AP
recently 485 file got transferred from CSC to NSC.
We understand that NSC is 'preadjudicating' I-485's
i.e we could get RFE even if the priority date is not current..
We will be travelling to India.
Wife & kids for 2.5 months, myself for 1.5 months.
What can we do if we get RFE when we are in India ? and unable to reply till we get back ?
