I just received RFE for Verification of Employment dated June 21, 2001. The INS has requested last four pay stubs and W-2 for year 2000. Ciba, please update my information (my id in your list is \'chet\')

sorry to hear that....did your lawyer not submit employment letter on company letterhead....? or do u have any idea why u got this rfe..also what is ur actual ND date

I think the reason for the re is that INS wants to make sure that I am "currently" employed with the company.

My ND is 02/11/01

also the other good news is they are looking into mid Feb cases...I saw a post somedays back about someone with wac-01-104 getting approval...his nd must be around 02/16/01 ....
