RFE (to resubmit G-325A Biographic info)..Please help

Has anybody out there received an RFE for this.
Is this an unusual situation? I have nothing different to fill in
than the one I submitted with the original application. Don\'t know why they are asking for a new G-325A. Any one who can shed some light I would appreciate that.

Dont Worry

There may be some issues with your G-325 for e.g. incomplete information, failure to put your name in native language or with the signature.

Alternatively, your G-325 may have been misplaced or may be damamged due to the storage/filing process at the INS Center. It could be anything?

It does not look bad. hang in there and comply with the request ASAP
