RFE received from lawyer

I got the copy from my lawyer last friday. My RFE is same as Alan Alan's RFE.
1. Employment letter.
2. Proof doc of legal status.

I changed my job 2 weeks ago. I haven't filed AC21 yet. I am asking my lawyer to I should file it along with RFE.

To prove that I was a legal F1, do I have to provide my transcript? anyone knows?

I guess you show your visas, I-94s, change of status notices, I-20(if you were a student). I mean you can only go so far.

On a different note, can someone tell me why do RFEs get sent to lawyers, but not to individuals? Every other AOS associated document (receipt notices, EAD, APs, etc..) gets sent to both lawyer and petitioner or just to petitioner, why is this different? What if one changed lawyers, or the lawyer retired, or the law office closed?
