RFE Receipt and LUD.

Hi,

My attorney has sent my I-485 RFE response it has reached on 04-FEB-05 till now my case status is not updated with the receipt of the RFE.Usually after how many days the online status is updated with the RFE receipt information. Can I call and find out about the receipt.

I have seen in the forum that it took only one day for some of the cases.

Please update with your experiences.

My attorney sent the RFE on 02/03 and was received by USCIS on 02/08. LUD and online message changed too. And there was another LUD today.
 
Hi All

Did any of you had sent your I-485 RFE response to NSC around 04-FEB-05. Mine was delivered on 04-Feb-05 and till now there is no update of the receipt. How can we make sure that it is received.Please help.

First FP is done
140 approved Aug 03.
2nd FP done on 20th Nov 2004.
2nd EAD Notice Date is:April 23 2004 and approved on May 31 2004.
2nd AP Also approved on Jun 2nd.
