EAD1 got approved in Nov 2003 and AP1 in Jan 2004.
I applied for renewal of AP/EAD about 6 months before they expired (as I plan to travel abroad)
My attorneys got the RFE letter from Vermont CIS stating that "The person already has a AP and EAD" (Both for myself and my wife)
I dont know if they have denied the AP2/EAD2 or are they asking for additional documentation as to why I need another AP/EAD when I have one.
- Has anyone see this type of case before ?
- Is there a limit on how early you can apply for a EAD/AP renewal.
- Would I have to re-apply for AP2/EAD2 or is there a way to reuse the same application. My attorney has to send a letter to Vermont center explaining that my case was a "renewal" and NOT a "new application"
- Any other info will be helpful
