RFE on 485 - does that mean name check is cleared

I received an e-mail response from CSC last week that they will be mailing an RFE on my 485 (no LUD change or message change yet). Does that mean that all security checks are cleared and I should expect an approval after responding to the RFE?

I thought the same when I got RFE on my 485 in May 2005. But according to CIS email response, my NAME CHECK is pending.

Just received status updated e-mails indicating that the RFE was mailed. Interesting thing is, the RFE was issued on my wife's case.

EB1-EA, I-140 was approved in February and 485 was filed in March.
